The Plaza Group announced today it has renewed a multi-year contract with Frontier Oil to serve as the exclusive marketer of benzene produced at Frontier’s El Dorado, Kansas refining facility.
Randy Velarde, The Plaza Group president, said he is pleased to continue The Plaza Group’s 15-year relationship with Frontier Oil. “The Plaza Group has been marketing Frontier products since 1994 (previously under the Texaco and Equilon brands), and we have a deep understanding of and a demonstrated expertise in the benzene market,” said Velarde. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Frontier Oil as we strive to develop new ideas and innovations that provide additional value to Frontier and to all of our clients.”
Velarde also confirmed that all orders and customer service for Frontier Oil benzene products will be handled in The Plaza Group’s Houston office.
